Testing Core Competencies
#Understanding of all testing processes and procedures and complete software development lifecycle.
#Practical experience of all testing processes and procedures.
#Training and practical experience in implementing a variety of stress, load and performance tools.
#Able to produce high quality test plans and support processes for the execution of stress, load and performance tests at the project level.
#Able to establish and/or confirm requirements and produce high quality stress, load and performance test strategies, plans and associated testware documents.
#Able to lead the performance test scripting effort for a project using design and other documentation coupled with a variety of stress, load and performance tools.
#Able to design and build complex test scripts using programming languages such as Visual Basic or C++.
#Prior professional programming experience outside of test scripting environment a distinct advantage.
#Able to execute and monitor performance tests and accurately analyse and present performance test results in business language.
#Able to develop and provide accurate management reporting on defects and test status.
#Knowledge and practical use of Loadrunner with protocols such as Web, Wap etc
#Experience of working to tight deadlines on a regular basis.
#When required, able to produce/execute high quality manual test scripts which are thorough, efficient, flexible, reusable, repeatable and understandable.
