Generic skill sets required for all Windchill QA positions:
Post Graduate/ Graduate in Mechanical/ Production Engineering/ Computer Science with 2 to 10 years experience
Working knowledge of Windows and UNIX Operating systems.
Prefer person with a testing background or automated testing.
Prefer Good industrial/manufacturing or software process knowledge.
Would prefer good working knowledge of any PDM / PLM Systems (like Windchill, Pro/Intralink, Teamcenter, Enovia etc.)
Specific skill sets required for each area of Windchill QA:
Exposure to software deployment in diverse system platforms, e.g.
Win 2000/2003, Solaris, HP, etc. and related third party products (e.g.
Web Servers, Servlet Engines, Oracle, SQL Server, LDAP, etc.)
Understanding and concepts of Databases (Oracle, SQLServer, Informix
etc). Scripting knowledge in Perl/Shell/C-shell
