Caller tracking system tracks all incoming and outgoing calls in the organization. For incoming calls enables to get the caller’s name and address   other information along with telephone number, duration of each call. Even if caller has hanged-up or during night times all missed calls will be logged separately, End of the day user can get a printed report with name, address of the caller with telephone number, time and date.
