Requirements

1.Release management evaluate product features against release criteria, work on parallel releases, assist with code management (branch and merge).
2.Release management help coordination of alpha and beta programs, track bug find/fix activity, reporting provide visibility into bugs, fix rates, etc.
3.Reporting provide visibility into software quality, schedule tracking, customer visibility into issues, quality and test metrics.
4.QA and test generation of test plans, test automation, regression testing, stress testing, performance measurements, provide reports on coverage, performance, bug find/fix rates, diagnostics development.
5.Knowledge of Linux and appreciation of embedded projects .
6.Tools analyze, recommend, and develop test tools.

Qualifications

1.Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering.
2.2-4 years of experience working with enterprise/data-center class products.
3.Experience with source code management, build automation, test automation (scripts, tools, languages).
4.Experience with mid to large size software releases.
5.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, proven ability to interact with engineering, partners, customers; work with distributed teams.
6.Analytical skills trend spotting, extrapolation, schedule preparation.
7.Multitasking ability to execute multiple tasks in parallel, time management, prioritization.
8.Initiative proactively spot problems, suggest improvements.
