Job Description
Requirements:
Over 2- 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role with hands on & extensive focus on automation testing
Strong experience with test automation using any of the industry recognized tools such as QTP, Winrunner, Rational Functional Tester, TestComplete
Strong knowledge of software testing methodology and hands-on web-based application test experience
Exposure to J2EE Technologies and strong knowledge of Java, .Net, C#, JSPs, Servlets
Experience with creation and maintaining test plans, test cases/scripts
Knowledge and working experience with Windows/UNIX/Linux/Solaris, Oracle, Web Servers and Application servers
Strong black box testing experience, regression test suite experience
Exposure to performance testing will be an added advantage
Communicate effectively with developers and QA peers to resolve defects/issues
