User Acceptance Test

Once the payroll system is ready for implementation, the Payroll department will perform User Acceptance Testing. The purpose of these tests is to confirm that the system is developed according to the specified user requirements and is ready for operational use.

User acceptance testing are done by user, organisation staff or specially hired testers. It includes the alpha and beta testing.
In Alpha testing user or staff test the s/w at organization place before releasing.
In beta testing user, staff or testers test the s/w at their places on the time of releasing.

Here we check the application is "userfrienliness" or not
apart from the functionality as to ensure the quality
