Is anyone aware of test case libraries for common/core transactions in SAP? I'm looking to put together a pack that can be used as a quick (or lengthy) health-check through all main paths, for a "standard" (yeah, I know...) implementation.

Also - opinion. Is such a thing likely to be possible for SAP, or are there too many complexities and variables for this to be realistic?

Lastly, are there any automated libraries of SAP scripts available out there? I'm aware of "accelerators" and "frameworks", but nothing that gives standard end-to-end scenarios for core test cases out of the box.
