manual software testing experience of 4 yrs of which minimum 2 yrs in capacity of test lead.
Experience in Test planning, Estimation and management.
Knowledge of black box testing tecniques & processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have ability to understand customer's perspective.
Hands on a Defect Management tool.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Test Automation experience would be an advantage.
