The responsibility will include:
Test planning and estimation
Managing QA team members
Status reporting
Conducting team meetings
Communication with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Development Leads
Client Interaction
Functional / Business analysis
Write, review test cases, use cases
Execute test cases
Managing and tracking defects
Preparing release notes
Automation test planning and scripting
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate should have:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Presentation skills
Functional / business analysis skills
Leadership and managerial skills
Knowledge of QA / testing process
Knowledge of Functional, Performance and Load testing concepts and strategies
Knowledge of Automation testing tools (Winrunner, Loadrunner, TestDirector, QTP, QC, Rational Robot, SilkTest, Jmeter, etc.)
Knowledge of Version Control
