Position: Software Quality Engineer / Sr Software Quality Engineer
Project Name: CMMI SCAMPI Assessment
Location: Bangalore
Date Onboarding/Joining: October 25th, 2007
Key Result Areas:
The Software Group of India development center is a CMMI L5
Company. The company is planning for a reassessment against the
upgraded version of CMMI (1.2).
The project team is working with objective of preparing the organization for the assessment.
The incumbent would be directly involved in preparing the organization for the assessment functioning as an ATM.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skillsets
Mandatory Skills:
Knowledge and implementation experience of CMMI.
Experience in defining and managing processes.
Familiarity with auditing techniques and sound software engineering
knowledge in the area of estimations and other project management
practices.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to prioritize and to meet stringent time lines with very strong
sense of teamwork and ability to mentor. Knowledge of related products
and services
Desired SkillsOfficially trained in 'Intro to CMMI', Participated in at
least one assessment as FAR (ATM Preferable). Experience in PIID
Development.
Domain Exposure : CMM/CMMI/ ISO/TL 9000
