1. The word is you, not u. Please stop texting.

2. The SDLC that is best is that one that works in your organization. I'm not being tongue in cheek here at all. I've been in organizations where I've seen some agile methodologies work, I've been in organizations where I've seen RUP work and I've been in many more where the SDLC was a hybrid approach taking the best from all available methodologies to fit the business customer and business environment.
