Experience in functional and regression testing.
Experience in creating test cases and logging defects.
Knowledge on MOSS 2007 (The resource should have worked on at least one project which is developed on MOSS 2007).
Knowledge on deploying builds on test environment.
Knowledge in Microsoft Technologies (.Net, IIS, SQL Server) and Operating System Concepts.
