Walkin Interview @ Lionbridge in Chennai on 22nd Sept 2007 Information: Verified* Walkin Interview Details: Date: 22nd Sept 2007 Time: 10.00 am - 4.00 pm  Test Lead (Automation) - 3 Positions
Technical Skills * Programming knowledge in C++ / VB / Java would be preferred
but not mandatory Automation:
* Develop framework
* Author test scripts * Review test scripts to ensure adherence to standards Other Criteria
* 6+ years of experience in software testing
* The candidate should have lead 4+ member team for the last one year * The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills * Should possess excellent interpersonal skills & team management skills * Knowledge of any test automation tool * Knowledge of SDLC and software testing concepts * Knowledge of ISO and CMM processes * Ability to prepare test strategy and test plan * Should be able to guide the team and track their activities * Should have worked in any test automation tool at least for a period of 1 year Job Location: Chennai
