Job Description
Preparing Monthly Planning and Monitoring PCI (Process Capability Index) for Projects.
Preparing Monthly Execution of PCI for Projects with the help of a PCI Checklist.
Conducting MAC(Management Audit Checklist) for each month and report about the Health Check of Projects to Project Director
Execution of IQA on a Periodical Basis
Preparation and Presenting of SAU (Strategic Association Unit) presentations to Unit Head.
Coordination with the QC (Quality Coordinator) regarding process facilitation and process sustenance in the project.
Training the QC in Process Audits, Configuration Management and Preparation of Monthly QA Report & reporting to Quality Manager.
Preparation of Weekly/Daily reports & reporting to the Quality Manager.
Participation in WPI (Work Product Inspection) of Deliverables.
Coordination with the the Project Leads regarding closure of NCs
Participating in CMMi Level 5 Assessment Activities.
Active involving in ISMS.
