Knowledge on overall system architecture
-Knowledge over the design and architecture.

Has Programming Skills
-Knowledge over C, C++, Java or .Net
Expertise in Performance Testing Tool
-Install, support, understand, and use the performance tools effectively
-Evaluate, recommend Performance tools for a given situation
Exposure to performance monitoring
-Setup performance monitoring tools or processes
-Collect and collate the data monitored
-Analyze and identify any performance bottlenecks
Desired Profile
Candidate should have a consistent 1st class from class 10th
Skills:
Performance Testing, Load Testing, Stress Testing, Endurance Testing, Performance Monitoring, Performance Analysis
Should have worked on any one of the Testing Tools:
Load Runner, LoadRunner, WebLOAD, OpenSTA, SilkPerformer, Performance Tester, QALoad, MACT, WAST, Jmeter, VSTS
Minimum of 1 yr of experience in performance testing of the toal experience
