Job Description
Serve as the test engineer on product development projects as assigned
Run test procedures and automated tests as assigned for testing of controls products at all levels
Log all defects found with appropriate detail in the defect tracking system.
Help build and maintain the Engineering test facilities (test room, test hardware and test software).
Assist development teams in creating development test procedures.
Coordinate test results with the defect tracking system and the test procedures.
Reduce testing cycle times by developing automation of testing where feasible.
Desired Profile
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, HVACR Technology or related discipline
Knowledge of building control systems and devices is desired.
Experience using and testing Windows applications.
Experience using SQL 2000, MS Server OS, and setting up and maintaining Local Area Networks is desired
