Job Description
The person will be part of the FLUENT Product testing team with specific responsibility in the following areas related to the testing and QA:
Certification of new platforms with automated fluent6 testing matrix
Benchmarking and performance
Import-export IO
Interoperability
Testing of new parallel features for FLUENT Solver
Testing of CFD-Post (new post-processor)
Testing of Fluid Structure Interaction (FSI)
License
Compiler upgrades
Create and maintain archive of completed and obsolete tests
-Manage disk space on testing host and in preinstall area
Coordinate daily testing
-distribution of tests between testers
-machine availability
-collection and posting of development testing statistics
Desired Profile
Degree in any branch of Engineering with at least 60 % Marks
0.5-2 years experience in software testing on various platforms
Exposure to parallel processing
Basic programming skills
Programming experience in C/C++/Python/perl is desirable
Should have close attention to details, problem solving skills and focus on quality
