'Roles & Responsibilities:
o Core SEPG member for defining and maintaining process assets
o Member of the SQA team for implementing and sustaining CMMi
o Conducting Internal Audits
o Facilitating accounts to maintain compliance
o Quality Facilitations and interactions
o Participating in various process improvement initiatives
Desired Profile
'Education: BE or equivalent
Work experience: 2 5 years of total experience. At least one year experience in project execution and around 1- 2 years experience in Quality team implementing / facilitating CMM/CMMi or Six sigma or any other process improvement model based Quality initiatives. Knowledge of ISO, ITIL or six sigma, sound Metrics implementation is an added advantage.
