-Candidate should have atleast 1 year+ Experience in Load-runner.
- Candidate should be able to design, build and implement Automated Testing.
- Person should be Independent and able to handle a team and mentor
team members at different levels of expertise on complex technical
issues
- Can bring new ideas to team and nurture them.
