Job Description To closely work with PMs /client to identify and implement process
Improvements- develop/improve code review templates, scorecard, estimation
Methods, reporting formats etc.
Perform process compliance audits - required to audit PMs of others vendors
Working for our client.
Allocating and coordinating review tasks to other vendors' resources
with Syntel.
Desired Profile Ability to undertake Quality Assurance and Quality Consulting assignments like CMMi ,Gap Analysis, Process Definition and Implementation, SQA audits, Internal Quality Audits, reviews, conduct role based quality trainings. Software Quality consulting experience with a wide variety of projects and environments. Ability to successfully design and develop web based and personal computer applications.
