'XDevelop and execute testing strategies and plans for various products and projects
'XWork with developers and support personnel to identify and correct defects
'XUtilize various testing tools as appropriate, in order to automate the execution of test cases
'XWrite and track Bug Reports as problems are found and corrected
'XParticipate in periodic release activities
'XWork with the Engineering team to brainstorm and test new ideas
'XInvestigate and assess emerging web and software technologies
Desired Profile
'X2-4 years QA experience in a commercial software environment
'XExperience in the financial services sector a plus
'XExperience in testing web applications
'XExperience in testing database applications, particularly Oracle or SQL Server
'XExperience with XML and AJAX a plus
