'At least 2 years of experience in a hands-on testing role on applications in the Financial Services space
'Is comfortable across a whole range of functional testing including UAT, system testing and regression testing
'Knowledge of Manual test cases writing techniques and methodologies
'Strong experience of writing manual test cases
'Participated in projects over their full life cycle development right from the requirements gathering and analysis phase
'Experience of working closely with developers, analysts and the client
'A knowledge of creating test frameworks and strategy and creating testing standards is highly desirable
'Familiarity with defect management systems
'Trainings/Certifications on manual testing techniques will be an advantage
'Should be open to traveling overseas for long/short durations
