Job Description : Quality Analyst / Sr. Quality Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities :
Participate and become an integral part of all Quality initiatives for it's successful delivery and value added outputs.
Work with MBB's and BB's on specific improvement projects.
Provide project related analytical support w.r.t. data collation, research and reporting.
Work with specific process teams to quickly generate relevant data in the form of an catalyst to generate speed and action.
Train and mentor associates on Quality tools and help manage change effectively.
Desired Profile Graduation or Post Graduation in any stream.
1 - 2.5 years of relevant experience for QA and 3 - 5 yrs in case of Sr. QA.
Six Sigma White Belt / Yellow Belt Certification preferred
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to navigate a Windows-based environment esp. Advanced Excel, Power point.
Attention to detail and accuracy
Time management skills
Ability to work in a team
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Exposure to Six Sigma training, Quality tools, Kaizen, any other Quality programs preferred
Experience in working on quality projects or analytical work preferred.
