Job Description
We are looking for Software Quality Professionals for various roles with good presentation skills, ability to lead process improvement initiatives and effectively communicate any process improvement matter to all levels of management.
Desired Profile
Providing Process Improvement advisory services in-house or at Client locations
Experience in implementation of ISO 9001 / CMMI / ISO 27001 / ISO 20000 / PCMM / ITIL standards / Models in IT organizations.
Should have been involved in
o Process Definition
o Preparation of Quality Plan for projects.
o Providing support to project teams during planning, process tailoring and project execution
o Collection of project metrics and analyzing project performance
o Root cause Analysis for project non-conformities
o Auditing process implementation and report project quality related issues to top management on regular basis.
o Reviews of work products and processes to identify weak processes.
o Training employees on Quality Management System / Information Security Management System
o Knowledge and experience in management processes
Experience in participation as ATM/FAR in CMMI/PCMM assessments or Lead Auditor /Internal Auditor qualifications for ISO 9001/ISO 27001/ISO 20000 standards will be an added advantage.
