    QA Support

Job Description     - Provide direct technical support to external clients, working closely with the development team and the US team.
- Reproduce the issues faced by the customer and monitor the issues.
- Monitor Support Queue for critical tickets and take action accordingly. Monitor and track escalated cases towards resolution.
- Contribute to continuous product and service improvement.
Desired Profile     -Should have experience in creating test plans, test strategies, test scenarios for software QA.
-Should have experience in intensive manual testing using bug tracking and automated testing tools.
-Should have good communication skills.
-Must have experience in Database Testing.
-Must be familiar with both Windows and Unix environments.
