Job Description
The project involves testing of the Contact Center software involving various telecom technologies like ACD, CTI, IP PBX and IP IVR and Web technology.
The team also is responsible for automation using SilkTest, Loadrunner, Hammer and custom telecom tools.
Test Engineer should have strong voice telecom fundamentals.
Good automation knowledge is preferable.
The engineer should have good problem solving skill and desire to gain deep technical knowledge.
