'XUnderstand performance review, management review, feedback system, process, etc.
'XSupport development group in application testing
'XParticipate in recommending ways to improve business processes through system development and controls
'XParticipate in translating new business requirements into Test Scenarios
'XResponsible for performing Black box and White box testing on .Net Applications
'XDemonstartes ability to transform requirements in to Test scenarios and Test cases
'XUnderstands scope and has ability to create test plans
'XAbility to Understands and work all through the Test life cycle
'XUnderstands features, functions and benefits of 2Tier,3-Tier,N-Tier architecture
'XExhibits understanding of relational database concepts, SQL Queries
'XPlans and performs unit tests
'XDesigns and Create Productivity Reports
