Job Description
'Projects Analyst' will be driving the 'Delivery Excellence' initiative across Neilsoft. He needs to be a person who has experience in Engineering Services or Engineering Software Development Services providing company and wants to develop a career in ensuring technical quality assurance, best practices in projects execution & projects management, etc. He will be working with delivery teams and will ensure that together we achieve 'Delivery Excellence'.
Should have experience of implementing quality tools / initiatives in engineering services or
Should have experience of working on Six Sigma projects (Green belt holder) or
Should have experience of implementing CMMI or
Should have experience of working as Software Quality Assurance person or
Should have experience of working as management representative, organizing and conducting internal / external audits for ISO
Must be very good in project reviews, root cause analysis, corrective actions, preventive actions, continual improvement tasks, developing / re-engineering processes / procedures, identifying & initiating skills development programs, etc.
Knowledge of MS Project, quality tools, etc. is preferred.
Must be good in written and verbal English communication
Should have leadership qualities and managerial skills to get the expected results from delivery teams.
Desired Profile
1.Must have worked in Engineering Services or Engineering Software Development Services providing company for 1-2 years at least.
2. Experience of doing the role of a team leader is preferred.
3. Experience of working with an ISO 9001 and / or CMMI certified company is a must.
4. Experience of working in Quality Assurance / Quality Control department is preferred.
