Job Description
Performs testing tasks to assure that developed products meet functional and design specifications and are within total quality management limits and standards. Assists project management and support specialists with functional problems. Operates under moderate supervision. Reports to the Senior QA Engineer or QA Manager. Typically requires 18 months to four years of experience in development, research or product testing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
30%Tests alpha, beta and GA versions of the companies projects
30%Executes functional, application, and regression tests
20%Researches and develops an understanding of the requirements for the product features being tested, including how the business teams use the features
20%Designs and maintains test cases for assigned modules
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in business and computer science. Typically requires 18 months to four years of experience in development, research and product testing. Specialized Knowledge and Skills Good testing and trouble shooting skills. General understanding of the QA process. Good application knowledge and awareness. Ability to prioritize multiple projects. Ability to meet deadlines. Equipment and Applications PCs, databases and various software applications. Experience testing web and .Net applications. SQL Server & SQL coding experience required. Experience with Analysis Service and testing Cubes a plus. Work Environment and Physical Demands General office environment. Considerable stress may occur at times. Ability to work additional hours as needed.
