1.The right candidate will have had business exposure to BFSI and an understanding of Systems and Processes
2.Act as a critical team member for internal teams
3.Excellent Customer Relationship Management and Customer service
skills ability to understand a Customers business and how IT
contributes to the delivery of that product or service
4.Excellent problem solving and relationship building skills.
5.Participates in business process analysis and process improvement-
6.Produces written specifications, e.g. System Description Documents
and Use Case Documents to capture business process requirements
7.Ensures clear understanding of customer's requirements, in validating
the business process analysis of the customer before developing the
final proposal.
Conducts business requirements reviews and formulates logical
statements of business requirements. Analyzes marketplace, industry,
company, technology trends, and best practices, vendor products, and
services, etc.
8.Using system process analysis tools and methods, analyzes and
documents business processes and metrics and identifies improvement
opportunities to streamline and automate processes and functions;
identifies/documents how applications/systems interact to support
business processes.
9.Develops functional designs; identifies risks and benefits of
alternate designs; calculates costs/benefits of potential actions or
solutions to establish their viability/ROI; assesses project impact of
system changes on users and internal and external customers and
stakeholders
10.Vendor Management Interacting with vendors / partners
1.MBA /MCA 1 - 2 years experience in process management, system design and analytics
2.Demonstrate the characteristics of intellectual curiosity,
responsibility, determination, creativity, flexibility, drive and
self-confidence
3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to make presentations at Executive level.
4.State-of-the-art knowledge of technologies, processes, and practices
5.Project Management Skills
