Job Description
Primary Skills: DB2, FILEAID, JCL, TEST CASE EXECUTION, DEFECT TRACKING, TEST DATA GENERATION, TEST REPORTING
Scope of work : Manual testing Assignment on Mainframe platform. Responsibility would involve test case design and execution & defect tracking.
Designing test scripts based on use cases
Execute scripts within Test Director/ Quality center.
Execute test scripts for Distributed and Mainframe applications.
Perform transaction entry and execution per documented procedure manual.
Assist in the defect resolution process, including working with development teams to help replicate defects.
Proficient with Test Director and Defect tracking methodology.
Testing would involve batch execution using JCL and online execution using CICS.
Desired Profile
B.E./B.Tech/BSc with MCA,MSC,MCS,MBA
Manual Testers with 2+ yrs exp in testing on Mainframe platform are suitable for this position.
Hands-on Experience in File-Aid and DB2 is a must while some experience / exposure on JCL is necessary.
Candidates outside Pune location can also apply.
