Primary:
- Responsible for establishing a QA process.
- Create documentation templates for Qualityand Testing.
- Generate Qualityand Testing related metrics.
- Design, document and execute test cases.
- Mentor junior QA team members.
- Coordinate testing effort with Development and Operations teams.
Secondary:
1. Track, report and follow up on open issues or defects.
2. Create release notes or documentation.
1. Experience in test design and test execution.
2. Experience in leading a testing team
3. Working knowledge of SQL 'Oracle'
4. Experience in testing web based application and backend batch jobs is a big plus.
