5) Ensuring Document Version Control
6) Participating in Customer Meetings
7) Ensuring adherence of process
8) Providing Process Training, Organizing Induction Program for new joinees
9) Implementation of Call Logging Tool
10) Recommending Automation required
Desired Profile Skills Required
1) ITIL Certified
2) Minimum one year Experience in Quality.
3) Good in defining policies and processes.
4) Good in MS-Excel.
5) Knowledge on Six-Sigma (DMAIC)
6) Knowledge on ISO 9001-2000.
7) COBIT and SOX knowledge will have an added advantage.
8) Knowledge on MiniTab and MS Access will have an added advantage.
