1. To handle the classes for Freshers/ Experienced
2. Handle the Sessions in Manual, Automation Tools
3. Have knowledge in QTP with QC, Load runner,win runner,
TD,Silk test, Rational Tools
4. Capable to answer the queries from candidates

1. Good technical knowledge & practical knowledge
2.Should have good communication skill
3. Able to handle candidates in Technical issues
4. Explain the project knowledge is prefered
