You have executed 100 testcases in those 10 testcases were failed what is ur regression approach

In my personal opinion, we have to test the whole application after the bug fixes. While developing or bug fixing, who knows, human being can do mistakes anywhere.

But it depends on mainly time and cost.

Any other views...

No need to execute all test cases ..testing the cases which are dependent on the bug fixed
