Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, and equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares test and diagnostic programs.
Designs test fixtures and equipment.
Prepares recommendations for testing and documentation of procedures to be used from design phase through initial production.
May construct or assist in the construction of test fixtures.
Desired Profile
Any engineering degree 0.5 to 2 years experience in system level testing with emphasis on embedded system testing.
Understanding of general software development/testing/releasing process.
Document test case procedures and releases.
Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Knowledge of Rational Rose Purify / Quantify / RT a plus.
C/C++ Programming skills
Testing automation design and implementation and/or white box testing also a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
