Because the script would be done on our test environment, it would have to be done here. But my plan was to give them 2-4 hours in my lab with all the software, hardware, etc that they could possibly need. Add to that, access to coffee, water, chocolate - all those necessary items in life.

My goal isn't to get a completed script out of this exercise - it's to see the quality of the code they complete. I would rather see 20 lines of neat, commented, maintainable code as a result, than 500 lines of tweaked record and playback junk that will have to be redone on every release cycle.
