Job Description Should have good knowledge of Complete knowledge of chat architecture for text chat / voice chat / video chat
Candidate should have experience Flash programming (MX 8.0)
Should have sound knowledge of Flash communication
Desired Profile Knowledge of developing secure web applications
Should be able design and develop applications like my space , skype, yahoo messenger (Instant Messenger) kind of applications
Should have good Knowledge of AJAX
