Job Description

Responsible for:

  • Client interaction
  • Understanding the business needs and requirements of the client
  • Developing User Acceptance Test Plan and User Acceptance Test Scenarios
  • Assist test team in creating test plans and teat cases based on business requirements.
  • Conducting Module Test and System Integration Testing to ensure quality and system meets specification
  • Conducting User Training
  • Coordinating User Acceptance Testing and Support to Clients
  • Manage client expectations, facilitate communication and contribute to client satisfaction of implementation.
Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 3 years as a Business Analyst in similar capacity

  • Must be independent and a fast learner

  • Prior experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System preferred
