Job Description
Responsible for testing next-generation storage consolidation and back up appliances. Also responsible for designing and developing test strategies, test plans and test topologies to verify standards compatibility, functionality, interoperability, and systems-level readiness for customer satisfaction.
1-3 years of functional/system/performance testing experience
Excellent Knowledge/Experience in as many of the following areas:
Real-time embedded platform testing
Unix/Linux and Windows environments
Tools development and Test Automation: Tcl/Tk, Perl, Expect, Scripting
Desirable:
Testing of SCSI, SATA, iSCSI, NAS & SAN routers/appliances
Experience with I/O & Filesystem benchmarking/performance analysis tools like IOMeter, IOZone, Bonnie etc.
BS/MS in Computer Science or Electronics
Excellent analytical, communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
