Job Description

Must have strong working knowledge of Unix (Solaris, AIX, HPUX, Linux). Understanding enough Unix to install, configure and troubleshoot products, third party apps, and our automation scripts.
Must have strong working knowledge of all flavors of Windows.
Understanding at admin levels to install, configure and troubleshoot products, third party apps, and our automation scripts.
Must have experience coding with GUI automation tools like winrunner, QTP would be ideal. Other tools like Visual Test, Selenium would also be acceptable or other parallel tools.
Must have shell Scripting, Batch scripting. (Perl, python, sh/bash).
Must have Strong experience with Web Services and Web Service oriented architecture.
Must have Java programming experience.
Must have JavaScript and HTML programming experience.
Must have Good working knowledge of Web related technologies (client/server, HTML, XML).

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong educational background with Mtech/ME/BE/Btech/MCA/MCS
Expected experience of 3 to 5 yrs
Strong technical skills with experience in enterprise class products testing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated understanding and experience in various phases of Testing of enterprise class products.
