• Exposure to Automated Testing toolse.g Mercury & Rational tools is required.
• Creation & execution of Test asset based on functional & business requirement documents.
• Involvement in reviews.
• Critical business scenario generation.
• Test asset creation for build verification test.
• Release report generation.
• Ensuring quality of products using metrics.
• Involvement in test estimation.
• Team Management and mentoring.
• Client communication to understand requirement and monitoring timelines of projects.

Candidate should be having:

• At least 6+ yrs of IT experience with minimum 2+ years experience as Team Lead in testing services / projects.
• He should have completed 1-2 International projects as Test Lead.
• A good team leader/member and use of initiative is essential.
• Able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mandatory skills: Must be good in client handling and communication.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Experience in Test Estimation and Test management.
• Good understanding of testing methodologies and practices.
• Should have good understanding of testing practice methodologies.
