You mean business analysts who actually wrote the requirements or end users? Either way, SQA testers are more effective because they do both positive and negative testing as well as entire end to end and regression testing. Once, those cycles are executed and defects are resolved then those business users or end users will come into the play and perform UAT testing. Also, Business Users will look test the product to make sure it follows business rules. However, skilled SQA testers will test it against different OS, hardware, software, networks and applications to make sure how it interacts. Using above points as a high level hightlights, you can add more stuff to your document.
