If you are untrained in TCL, it would be wise to get training and/or
experiment on your own until you can comfortably develop the automated
parts.
There
are probably far too many test cases to list here. It might be good to
develop an automation test plan that includes the cases you cover using
TCL. Using your TCL training, you would then automate according to your
plan.

As
a parallel effort, it is suggested that you join a worldwide movement
to promote training in tools such as these before trying to implement
them. This movement originated here and needs your help. Do you need to
do anything for this? Yes. Inform managers and peers that test
automation is programming/software development. Also, spread the word
that effective test automation is usually successful when management
understands the latter and staffs properly esitmated projects such as
these with skilled people. Thank you for your help in this important
global awareness effort!
