Hi,
I am looking for a new tool to manage, not the bugs, but the test case, test plan... by project.
Ex:
I want to create a projet.
For that project I want to add a test plan and all the tests I want to do for that project.
My goals it's not to automated the test, but just organize the test by projet. If the tools do both it's ok too.
I am looking for someting simple and free.
Can you help me?

I don't have any idea about free tools, but for the last 2 months I have experience with using http://www.getzephyr.com/products/test_management_tools.php%20 - test management tool named Zephyr, it
is a comprehensive Test Management http://www.getzephyr.com - System with an effective defect
recoding and tracking features.

Test Case Manager (TCM) is a tool designed for software test engineers to organize test cases for storage and execution logging. Test cases and is available free on internet.

Please consider the Hexawise test case generating tool at

It is a test design tool, which means you input what you want to test and it will help identify for you what is the most efficient way to maximize coverage in the fewest number of tests. It will do that for you but it might have all of the features you are looking for.
Unlike most test design tools, Hexawise offers:
1) Not only pairwise (AKA 2-way) solutions, but we offer 3-way, 4-way,
5-way, and even 6-way solutions. (In other words, you can choose the
