Please visit the website http://208.116.30.129/ for exam details, syllabus and registration process about ISTQB. You can refer to any standard testing book for further study on the syllabus.

However, I would prefer the book " Foundations of Software testing ISTQB Certification " by Graham, Veenendaal, Evans, Black. This book covers ISTQB syllabus in detail with sample questions.

For the topics like Branch coverage, condition coverage or statement coverage you can check on forum_posts.asp?TID=5739# -
