1. MidFirst Bank
Test Engineer
Mid First Bank is a diversified financial services company that provides a broad range of services such as personal banking, business banking, investments and rapid loans. Involved in testing of the enhanced Online Personal Banking Module of the website where account holders can check their accounts and balances by entering their username and password. The website is also provided with various services including instant transfers of funds between checking and savings accounts, paying bills using online banking services, changing their profile etc. The fundamental goal of the project was to enhance the entire inside product line to be more robust in the current global segment.
Responsibilities
- Identified high-level and low-level requirements of the application to assign more emphases of testing on pressure points of the application.
- Managed requirements and developed Test Scripts and Test Cases
- Mapped requirements to business scenarios to assure that all requirements were covered.
- Implemented and automated regression test scripts based on business requirements using WinRunner. Enhanced the scripts by adding control and conditional statements using TSL
- Used GUI, Text, Bitmap, Database checkpoints and synchronization statements extensively to customize the Win Runner scripts. Parameterized the scripts and data drove them to improve the flexibility of the tests
- Manually performed Back-End testing by writing SQL queries

Involved in testing of their integrated multi user portfolio management, trading support, accounting and performance reporting system.
Responsibilities:
- Identified and documented test requirements to assure the quality of the product.
- Developed test cases and scripts based on the requirements and use cases.
- Validated the user and database requirements for the system.
- Conducted functional, integration and regression on the AUT.
- Conducted manual testing, compared actual results with expected results and reported defects.
