Job Description
* Participate in project-wide reviews of requirements, architecture, and design documents
* Effectively communicate testing activities and findings in oral and written format
* Integrate the test suites into the test management system and custom test harnesses
* Lead test case development and execution of test cases by product verification engineers
* Assist the Product Verification Manager in preparing test plans, test status reports, and metrics
* Provide technical guidance to Product Verification engineers
* Identify the quality implications of known defects and the impact of changes on testing process
* Trace test cases and results back to specific quality risks
Desired Profile
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering
* At least 2 years of experience in product verification and testing
* Excellent inter-personal skills and a natural leader
* Excellent writing and communication skills
* Ability to review product documents and system designs from product verification perspective
* Ability to work under tight schedules
Desirable Skills
* Knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) transmissions and 802.11 networking
* Work experience in a networking, security or a WLAN company
* Experience in a software product development company
* Understanding of Wireless Intrusion Detection and Prevention systems (WIPS)
* Certification in software testing like CSTE, ISTQB, CSTP
