We are looking for graduates with 5 to 8 years of hands on experience in implementing CMM / CMMi in a Level 4 or Level 5 organizations. Experience in SEPG, Quality Assurance and audits, collation and analysis of metrics is a pre-requisite. Candidates with CSQA certification and exposure to delivery and quality systems experience may also apply. Those with PMP, CSQA, CSTE certifications and exposure to metrics, estimation, capability development, industrialization, offshore mobilization and global outsourcing roles will be preferred.
