There are, but I think that the big advantage of Six Sigma could be the approach to quality and process improvement, rather that strictly the metrics.

You could use DPMO as a target for your software quality, and measure it during the SLC (not only SDLC). Also you can evaluate the quality status of your application during different stages (iterations) using the DPU or DPO.

DPU= average number of defects of all types over the total number of units.
DPO= average number of defects (Def) of all types over the number of opportunities (Opp) for all units (U) = Def/(Opp*U)
